Turkish Cuisine

Turkish food is a successor of Ottoman cuisine, which has been accepted as one of the richest cuisines in the world. It is a fusion of a diverse set of flavors, including Mediterranean, Asian, and European. We take on this promise and organize cooking classes to share our experience with Pittsburghers, and arrange food nights to share the unique flavors of Turkish dishes and deserts in a friendly environment.

If you are interested in Turkish cooking  classes, form your group of four or more Turkish cuisine lovers and please drop us a note at activities [at] tccpittsburgh [dot] org with your contact information.

We also organize fund-raiser Turkish Food Nights where  you  can enjoy various Turkish food and support a good cause.
